This photo is really emotional to me.
A woman, Lucrecia, is going to shot herself. 
I love her hand... she seems to say: "Please let me do it, I'm well, I'm doing the right thing" and her expression is not the one of a worried woman, it's not a sad expression, the one of a depressed person. She seems well aware of her choice.
Lucrecia, why are you holding a gun in your hand? Please, don't do it.
